Good food overall. I love the tapsilog, and there are plenty of dishes to choose from.

A solid place to get cheap and good food. They obviously specialize in tapsilog; the barsilog and tapsilog were great. For those who don't know what tapsilog is, it's a Filipino dish breakfast meal consisting of cured beef, garlic fried rice, and fried egg. The complimentary bulalo broth was good. The service was great and quick. The one thing about this place is that it gets so smokey inside because of the cooking and you end up smelling like the food. If you're unfamiliar with Filipino food this place is a good place to try.

Liver Adobo was a little too sweet for my liking. Liempo was well seasoned, also on the sweet side. The place needs better ventilation so one doesn't smell overmingly food'ish upon exit. The renovation made the place less authentic compared to the old one, but i.understand they had to keep up with the modernization of things around em.

The food was really good and satisfying. The nilagang baka was flavorful and comforting, with tender beef and a tasty broth. The barbecue was juicy, well-grilled, and nicely seasoned. The buko pandan was refreshing and just the right sweetness. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was clean and relaxing, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. Definitely a place worth visiting again.

While prices have increased over the years, Tapsi Ni Vivian remains our go-to spot for tapsilog cravings in Manila. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve eaten here, but their tapa has always been consistently flavorful and juicy. Their sunny-side-up eggs are cooked to order, and the garlic fried rice (sinangag) is always served warm. You also get free soup and condiments (suka + sili the best with tapsi!) Bring cash as their GCash payment can be unreliable. Not sure if they’re open 24/7, but we’ve dined here as late as midnight onwards. Can be difficult to find parking during lunch/dinner time though.

I loved this! From the ambiance, food, parking, to their service, and the prices are worth it! Very generous food portion and super tasty too! However, there is no card payment accepted. Nonetheless, I would still go back! P.s. They also have clean bathrooms with bidet and soap!

Filipino food at it’s best. We always pass this branch but most of the time there is no space in the parking area. The dining area is spacious. The dishes we had are all delicious. We’ll be back to try more.
